Appointment Requests: Same-day or next business day

Urgent matters will be prioritized, but response times may vary based on inquiry volume.

If your issue is not resolved within the expected timeframe, you may request an escalation:

  1. Contact Customer Support Again – Mention that you need escalation.

  2. Request a Supervisor Review – If unresolved, your case will be reviewed by a supervisor.

  3. Final Resolution – If necessary, the issue will be addressed by management.
